We are going to start full fledged call center , starting with 200 agents and it might be scaled to 1500 Â agents soon. Â The main areas of concerns are
- Finding a Good Dialer solution : Â As there are plenty solutionsÂ availableÂ in the market, the prices are ranging from very high to low cost solutions, its is very difficult to find a goodÂ scalable solutions.
- Agent Desktops: Â ThisÂ one thingÂ which we have to think about as we are considering thin clients as desktops, but worrying about the processing power
- Networking : Both voice and Data has to transfer through the local LAN.
