In a recent Google  blog posted by  Google Fellow , Amit Singhal elaborate the findings that  Microsoft’s Bing uses Google search results. Its very interesting to read his findings, As per Google they have done some research with Bing and observed that the synthetic queries which they have searched on Google come up later as search results in Bing .

As Google see it, this experiment confirms that Bing is using some combination of:

  • Internet Explorer 8, which can send data to Microsoft via its Suggested Sites feature
  • the Bing Toolbar, which can send data via Microsoft’s Customer Experience Improvement Program

That means when a user browse on Internet explorer 8 in Google, The result pages are send to Bing via there Suggested Sites feature.

Following are some of the similar search results in Google and Bing  (Images are from Google Blog)

And the same hip hop bling page showed up in Bing:

Microsoft already denied this Fact.
